The Arts at 5th and I is the ultimate urban experience with room for workers
to move, children to play, residents to walk dogs and visitors to simply wander.
The world-class design offers lively downtown residences, hospitality and upscale
entertainment venues that will encourage pedestrian activity, support local
businesses and increase neighborhood safety.
